CASKET FACTORY POLICY:
*For local deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area, if there is any issue with the casket, we will provide a full exchange or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
If your order has been shipped via courier, you are responsible for the following:
- All orders that are canceled or are in transit are subject to a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit along with all shipping costs.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (both on returning to us and shipping it to the customer).
- FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE GREATER TORONTO AREA – SEE BELOW
- All items MUST be inspected before accepting delivery. In the rare case that your item is damaged during shipping by the carrier, please refuse delivery due to damage and contact us immediately. Once the item has been refused at delivery and we receive proof of the damage, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. If the product is accepted without exception and with no notes about the damage, such products are considered delivered in good condition, and no further damage claims won't be accepted.
- All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your purchase order.
- If a casket is delivered damaged, we will either exchange the casket for the same or a similar casket upon the customer's approval or give a full refund. The original casket must be packed into the original package and shipped back.
- If you refuse to accept delivery of the casket(for reasons other than damage) and the package is returned to us, this will be considered an order cancellation, and you will be subject to cancellation charges of a 30% restocking fee, along with all shipping costs.
- Returns must include the original box and packaging. If you want to return the casket for any reason, it must be packed into the original box and strapped to a pallet it was delivered on. We will arrange the pickup with one of our carriers. Our customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to file a return or exchange claim. If this is a cancellation, please send us a cancellation letter to info@casketfactory.ca
- Please be attentive when placing your order; Be sure that the casket chosen meets all your criteria. Once the order is placed, it is the customer's full responsibility to comply with our return policy.
- Upon receiving the product back at our warehouse location, Casket Factory will refund your initial payment, less any applicable return and restocking fees, within 7-10 business days. All returns must be shipped and arrive at Casket Factory warehouse location no later than 20 days from the cancellation letter date initiated.
- Any returns beyond 20 days WILL NOT be accepted.
- All returning products must be in the same conditions they were at the delivery and must include the original box and packaging. Any product that appears to be used, soiled, or in any other condition different from the initially shipped condition will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.
